ALL costumes and costume accessories are not returnable. Due to the increase in customers who just want to wear a costume once (in most cases for Halloween), in order for us to keep our prices as low as we do, we have been forced to impose this restriction. There is a 15% cancellation fee charged for any order cancelled, unless the order was cancelled by us. If you refuse delivery or your package cannot be delivered to the address that you supplied and it is returned to us, the original shipping charge is NOT refundable and you will be charged for the return shipping charge back to us. This applies to all order cancellation requests AFTER shipping has occurred. By placing an order with us, you have agreed to these terms.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All duties, taxes and miscellanenous charges that may be imposed by your country and any additional charges that may be incurred should you refuse the package will be deducted from the refund check. By sending your order to us, you have agre3ed to thse terms.

CANCELLATION FEE

There is a 15% cancellation fee on orders cancelled after 72 hours of having placed your order. The cancellation fee will be waived if the order was cancelled by us. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to this fee.

COLLECTION FEES

If we must resort to using a collection agency or legal council to attempt to collect monies owed to us by you, it is understood and agreed to by you, that you will be responsible for all collection, chargeback and/or legal fees.

1. How long does shipping take?
   Most the year in stock and out of stock merchandise using regular shipping (UPS Ground) takes approximately 7-14 business days to arrive. During the months of September and October in stock merchandise is not affected, but items not iin stock can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Track Your Order

   We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Checks and Money Orders. We can only accept credit cards/checks from the United States. Customers from other countries can pay with an International Money Order.

6. If I order using my credit card when will it be billed and to whom?
   Credits are NOT billed until the order is ready to ship. Your credit card will be billed to "Halloween Costumes".
   
   
7. If I have a style/item number, but I can't find the product on your web site can you still order if for me?
   No, if a product is not listed on our website it is because we do not carry it. Sorry.
   
   
   
8. Do you ship overseas?
   Only to Canada. However, orders outside of the United States can only pay with International Money Order.

    Unfortunately we cannot. The sizes specified are all the sizes we have available.

    If it's not on our web site we can't get it.
    
    
13. How do I get a catalog?
    Sorry, to keep our prices low we do not offer a paper catalog.
